@natebain The truth is that Xfinityās product is the best there is by a solid margin. The problem is, Xfinity is the worst customer service organization on Earth. My folks have AT&T and complain about functionality. My only complaints with Xfinity are the rare occasions somethingās wrong.

@micahtredding Comcast sucks precisely because theyāve colluded with the state to create exceptionally high barriers to entry for competitors. Their incentive to please customers is therefore rather low. The cable industry is far from a free market.

I went to the @comcast office to cancel my cable (far easier than dealing with the 1-800 folks) & people were there in DROVES canceling & returning their cable boxes. If they donāt become more affordable, I predict they will go belly up before too long.

@RobertONeill31 Yeah we had Dish in the early 2000ās and it was terrible with constant carriage problems. Xfinity will come to a deal at some point, might be after the launch though. Way too important for both parties to come together.

@Rittsrotts Comcast always used the excuse that "speed test sites lie about speed" but now on ATT fiber I know it was BS, it reads 1000 down and 1000 up when testing the modem's speed at all times with the new setup, vs the ~70 down and 10 up that comcast offered on their highest plan.

@rebelmallard I have xfinity and on demand so I can watch it already but the only other place I could find it was on YouTube but itās 1. Separated in like 15 different parts and 2.They never finished uploading it. Itās not usually this hard to find the episodes idk why itās different now
